Entry requirements differ by university, country and sometimes by applicant, and our catalogue does not carry a machine-readable rule for every course. What we do is have an admissions specialist read your application before it goes anywhere, and tell you if something looks likely to sink it.

No, and this is worth reading twice. Nara's fee covers Nara's work. Where a university charges its own application fee, you pay that to the university directly — Nara never collects it and never marks it up. Tuition and visa fees are likewise paid to the university and to the authorities.
