Program Description

The care, breeding, feeding and housing of farm animals sits at the centre of this field, along with how those choices affect health, welfare and productivity. Nutrition, reproduction, genetics and disease prevention are studied with practical handling. Graduates often work in livestock production, feed and breeding companies, advisory services and animal welfare.
