Program Description

Technology policy asks how societies should govern what technology makes possible — regulation, standards, innovation and funding, privacy, safety and the uneven distribution of benefits and harms. It combines technical literacy with legal, economic and ethical reasoning. Graduates often work in government and regulators, company policy teams, think tanks, non-profits and research.
