Program Description

Physical therapy concerns how people move, why movement becomes painful or limited, and how it can be restored. Study covers anatomy, exercise, manual techniques and the assessment of injury and long-term conditions, with a strong emphasis on working directly with patients. Graduates often work in clinics, hospitals, sport, rehabilitation services or community care.
