Program Description

Public health concerns the health of populations rather than individual patients: why disease spreads, which conditions cluster where, and what prevention and policy can change. It combines epidemiology, statistics, health promotion and the social causes of illness. Graduates often work in health authorities, non-governmental organisations, research and health programme management.
