Program Description

Biomolecular engineering applies engineering principles to the molecules of life such as proteins, nucleic acids and enzymes, designing and modifying them for practical use. Study draws on biochemistry, molecular biology, thermodynamics and process design. Graduates often work in biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, materials and diagnostics, or continue into research.
