Program Description

Exercise science examines how the body responds to physical activity: how muscles produce force, how the heart and lungs adapt to training, and how movement can be measured and improved. It blends anatomy, physiology and biomechanics with practical testing. Graduates often work in fitness, sport performance support, rehabilitation settings and health promotion.
