Program Description

An interdisciplinary field that examines a society through its history, literature, politics, film and popular culture together, rather than from a narrow disciplinary angle. Students learn to interpret cultural material and argue from evidence. Graduates often work in media, publishing, education, research, communications and public and cultural institutions.
