Directing is the craft of shaping a performance or film: interpreting a script, guiding actors, and coordinating design, camera or stage elements into a coherent whole. Students work through rehearsal, staging, visual storytelling and collaboration with creative teams. Graduates often work in theatre, in film and television production, and in freelance creative roles.
