Program Description

Exercise physiology examines what happens inside the body during and after physical activity — how the heart, lungs, muscles and metabolism respond to effort and adapt to training. Laboratory testing and measurement are central to the subject. Graduates often work in performance testing, clinical exercise and rehabilitation support, health promotion or research.
