Program Description

Nanotechnology works with matter at scales so small that materials behave in unfamiliar ways. Students learn how to fabricate, image and measure such structures, and how their properties are used in electronics, medicine, energy and new materials. Graduates often move into materials and electronics industries, laboratory research, or product development.
