Program Description

Philosophy takes up questions that resist easy answers: what we can know, what makes an action right, what exists, and how language and reasoning work. The training lies in constructing arguments and finding the weaknesses in them. Graduates often work in law, policy, education, publishing, technology ethics, research and management.
