Program Description

Piano study centres on performance at the instrument: technique, tone, reading music and interpretation, supported by repertoire, theory and music history. Playing alone and with others is central, as is learning how a programme is prepared, shaped and presented. Graduates often work in performance, teaching, accompaniment, recording and wider roles across the music profession.
