Program Description

Civil engineering covers the design, construction and maintenance of the built environment: buildings, bridges, roads, water supply, drainage and other infrastructure. Mechanics, materials and structural analysis combine with project planning and constant attention to safety and cost. Graduates often work in design consultancies, construction, transport, and water or environmental engineering.
