Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Diesel and Heavy Equipment Technology

Program Description

Vehicle engineering covers the design and development of cars, trucks and other road vehicles: powertrains, chassis, suspension, aerodynamics, electronics and safety. Students apply mechanics, thermodynamics, materials and control theory through testing and simulation. Graduates often work with vehicle manufacturers and suppliers, in motorsport, in testing, and on electrification and mobility projects.
