Master of Science (Earth Sciences)

Program Description

Earth sciences examine the planet as a working system — rocks, oceans, atmosphere, and the slow processes that build mountains and shift climates. Fieldwork, laboratory analysis and computer modelling are common parts of the training. Graduates often work in energy and minerals, water, environmental consultancy, hazard assessment and research.
