Viticulture is the science and practice of growing grapes, covering vine biology, soils and climate, vineyard establishment, pruning, pest and disease management, and the harvest decisions that shape fruit quality. Learning is both scientific and hands-on. Graduates often work in vineyard management, production, advisory services, supply chains and research.
