Project management is about delivering defined pieces of work within limits of time, budget, scope and risk. Students learn planning and scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality, stakeholder communication and both structured and agile methods. Graduates coordinate projects across construction, engineering, technology, healthcare, consulting and the public sector.
