Program Description

Network science studies systems made of connected parts, such as social ties, transport links, neurons and power grids, and the mathematics that describes how structure shapes behaviour. Students learn graph theory, statistical modelling and computational analysis of large relational datasets. Work afterwards often spans data science, epidemiology, infrastructure planning and research on complex systems.
