Program Description

Petrochemistry is the chemistry of petroleum and natural gas and of the fuels, plastics, fertilisers and other materials made from them. Students study refining and separation, catalysis, reaction processes and the analytical methods used to check quality. Graduates often work in refining and chemical production, process and quality laboratories, or research.
