Program Description

Human history traces how societies have lived, ruled, traded, believed and changed over long stretches of time. Rather than memorising events, the discipline trains people to work with sources, question who wrote them and why, and build arguments about causes. Graduates often move into research, teaching, heritage, journalism, law and public policy.
