Program Description

Organizational studies looks at how groups of people coordinate, make decisions and change over time inside companies, public institutions and non-profits. Coursework draws on management theory, psychology and sociology to examine culture, structure, leadership and power. Graduates often move into consulting, human resources, operations, research and organisational development.
