Program Description

Real estate economics examines how land and property markets work: what drives prices and rents, how development is financed, and how policy, demography and the cost of borrowing shape supply and demand. Students learn valuation, investment appraisal and market analysis. Graduates often work in property investment, development, valuation, lending and research.
