Program Description

Science studies treats science itself as a human activity, asking how knowledge is produced, tested, funded, contested and put to use, and what that means for society. History, philosophy, sociology and policy analysis all feed in. Graduates often work in research, policy and regulation, science communication, publishing, museums and education.
