Program Description

Medicine studies the human body in health and in illness: how disease develops, how it is diagnosed, and how treatment and prevention work. Anatomy, physiology, pharmacology and pathology combine with clinical reasoning, ethics and communication. Graduates often work in clinical care, and also in medical research, public health, education and health policy.
