Systems analysis is about understanding a complex problem well enough to design something that solves it: gathering requirements, mapping processes and data, evaluating options and specifying how parts should work together. Students practise modelling and stakeholder communication. Graduates often work in business analysis, IT consulting, process improvement and project delivery.
