Program Description

Celtic Studies covers the languages, literatures, histories and material culture of Celtic-speaking peoples, ranging from medieval manuscripts and oral tradition to modern writing and language revival. Much of the work involves reading closely and handling primary sources. Graduates often move into teaching, translation, heritage and archive work, publishing and research.
