MS Biochemistry and Biophysics

Program Description

Biophysics uses the tools and concepts of physics to explain how living things work at the level of molecules, cells and tissues, from protein folding to the electrical activity of nerves. Students combine physics, mathematics, chemistry and biology with laboratory and computational methods. Many graduates continue into research, medical technology or the life-science industry.
