Coursework blends analysis with practical judgement. Graduates often move into management, consulting and entrepreneurship, or into specialist roles across finance, operations and marketing.
On-Campus LLM - Intellectual Property and Innovation
Real estate economics examines how land and property markets work: what drives prices and rents, how development is financed, and how policy, demography and the cost of borrowing shape supply and demand. Students learn valuation, investment appraisal and market analysis. Graduates often work in property investment, development, valuation, lending and research.
On-Campus LLM - Human Rights and Economic Development
Human rights as a field examines the claims people hold simply by being human, and the legal and political machinery built to protect them. Law, philosophy, history and politics come together around questions of dignity, accountability and abuse. Graduates often work in law, advocacy, humanitarian organisations, research and policy.
On-Campus LLM - Health Policy and Law
How health systems are organised, funded and governed — and how decisions about priorities and access actually get made — is the subject of this field. Economics, politics, ethics and the appraisal of evidence all come into it. Graduates often work in government, health services, insurers, research institutes, international organisations and advocacy.
On-Campus LLM - General Program
Law examines the rules that govern people, organisations and states, and the reasoning used to interpret and apply them. Much of the work is close reading, building arguments and weighing competing principles. Graduates often pursue legal practice, and also compliance, policy, human rights work, business and public administration.
